Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
This smoothie tastes just as good as the shopbought versions - and better yet you know exactly what's going in it! I recommend having all of your ingredients from the fridge, so that your smoothie is nice and cool.
1 banana (preferably frozen - this makes for the best texture!)
Juice of 1 orange (about 60ml if from a carton)
120ml (1/2 cup) non-dairy milk or yoghurt
Simply blitz everything in your blender for about 30 seconds, pour into a serving glass, and enjoy!
